工作职责：

? 依托公司资源与客户电话沟通,达成销售任务(无需外出) ；

? 合规处理客户异议，详细、准确记录客户接触过程和信息，为客户提供快速、准确与专业的销售及咨询服务；

? 完成公司和上级领导安排的辅导和训练，通过培训考试与技能通关。

任职资格：

? 18周岁以上；

? 大专以上学历，条件优秀者可放宽至高中、中专；

? 普通话标准，音质佳，表达能力强；

? 熟练操作Office软件；

? 能够承受压力、勇于挑战高薪；

? 个性开朗、反应敏捷，有较强责任感和优秀的客户服务意识；

? 专业不限，有呼叫中心、保险从业经验者优先。

工作时间：

? 做五休二，正常享受国家法定假日。

薪资福利：

签订正式劳动合同，需要提供毕业证、学位证等办理入司手续：

(1) 基本工资：2000-6800元；

(2) 业绩提奖：视业绩多少上下浮动；

(3)各种激励奖金。

注：一年有4次晋升机会。

2、其他福利

(1)签订劳动合同即办理五险二金，养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险、生育保险、住房公积金和补充公积金；(与银行职员相同，缴纳五险二金)

(2)转正后享受过节费、高温费、开门利是等福利。
