岗位职责：

1、设计数据模型：疏理公司的业务分析体系，设计新一代的数据分析系统。

2、数据仓库建模：组织内外资源进行设计、开发、测试、交付等工作，重点是ETL、Modeling。

3、功能增强开发：协助分析业务需求，支持SAP功能增强开发。

4、维护系统正常运行：监控系统运行状况，保证系统运作的稳定性、连续性、高可用性。

任职要求：

1、熟悉企业的KPI体系，善于引导业务部门的分析需求；

2、精通BW建模、BO展现的某一方面，具备HANA经验尤佳；

3、熟悉针对SAP R3的ETL过程， 以及EP、PI等工具；

4、熟悉SAP SD、CRM等模块，具有较强的ABAP开发能力；

5、善于口头和书面两种表达方式，能与业务部门建立良好的沟通关系；

6、具备独立思考能力与专业的顾问素养以及团队协作精神。
