Our company has adopted a sourcing strategy aiming to reduce non value adding agents/merchant middlemen and thereby get lower purchase prices and to get full control of the value chain from supplier to consumer.



The Quality team act in order to assure the products legal and safety aspects, production performance and quality requirements.



The responsibility of the QA Manager is to lead and manage the QA System of ICA Global Sourcing.



? Lead and develop the Quality Assurance System for ICA Global Sourcing Ltd in China

? Strategic planning and budgeting

? Set long term and short term goals together with QA Director and QA Manager Hard lines

? Specify performance targets

? Specify statistic evaluations

? Follow up on QA and QC performance

? Together with QA teams in Europe and Asia establish product quality requirements

? Establish test and sample procedures

? Arrange meetings and coordination schedules

? Perform training for internal and external parties

? Perform factory Quality Audits

? Approve, evaluate, reject suppliers

? Evaluate and approve certificate and laboratory reports

? Handle recruitments for the QA team, Shanghai

? Yearly appraisals with employees

? Frequent travelling is needed

Any ad hoc assigned by superior or management



Education

1. University degree in Textile Science, Garment production or equivalent educational background

2. Lead Auditor certification




Experience

1. The QA Manager shall have minimum eight years experience from quality assurance with at least 5 years in management level

2. Solid experience from factory auditing and inspections

3. Preferable with work experience from working in factory AND foreign corporation

Languages

Excellent written and clear fluent spoken English, Mandarin (and local language is applicable)
