机加工工艺工程师(发动机/变速箱)Engine Machining Engineer/House machining Process Engineer

Duties and responsibilities
? New components industrialization through:
? Product modifications analysis on machining processes
? Process design
? Quality control procedure and equipment
? Investment estimations
? Process FMEA and related control plan
? Request for Quotation preparing
? Technical comparison
? Support the installations at the plants
? Support to final equipments acceptance
? Support Product Engineering in developing new processes (from sharing of technical requirement to co design with suppliers)
? Interface Quality, R&D and Manufacturing Engineering in order to manage product/process critical concerns
? Guarantee the compliance to the manufacturing engineering procedures
? Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the superior/Company.

Responsibilities:
？ New components industrialization through:
Housing machining (Transmission housing, Clutch housing, diff case) process development
Equipment Investment estimations and supplier sourcing
Equipment and process co-design with cross function team and supplier
Process FMEA and related control plan
Request for Quotation preparing
Technical comparison
？ Support the installations at the plants
？ Support to final equipments acceptance
？ Support Product Engineering in developing new processes (from sharing of technical requirement to co-design with suppliers)
？ Interface Quality, R&D and Manufacturing Engineering in order to manage product/process critical concerns
？ Guarantee the compliance to the manufacturing engineering procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
？ In depth knowledge of housing (Steel and Aluminum) manufacturing processes. Direct experienced in clutch housing & transmission housing machining is a plus.
？ In depth knowledge of CNC machining center, washing machine, leak test etc.
？ In depth knowledge of cutting tools condition.
？ Knowledge of housing inspection equipment and process are plus.
？ Experienced in equipment investment cost analysis.
？ Knowledge of work analysis methods.
？ Knowledge of international production, maintenance and quality methodologies, standards and TPM.
？ Former experiences as Process Engineering Specialist in the implementation of production activities will be a valuable plus.
？ Familiar with TS16949. Has strong lean manufacturing concept. Good background of 6-sigma DMAIC understanding is a plus.
？ Skilled in AutoCAD software and windows office.
