TITLE: DDCT & AMT Transmission Calibration Engineer（变速箱标定工程师）
REPORT TO: DDCT & AMT Application Supervisor
TRAVELLING REQUIRED: Yes
EDUCATION: Master preferred, major in electronic, vehicle engineering, or relevant area
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: at least 2 years in similar role
Responsibilities:
? Hardware configuration calibration for DCT transmission according to different vehicles and engines.
? All kinds of shift maps calibration for DCT transmission.
? Shift quality calibration including clutch controls and engine torque/speed request for upshifts, downshifts, launch, creeping and hill hold.
? Verify the hardware performance( or quality) can meet the system and calibration requirements like dry clutch, solenoid, spring, oil flow passage, etc..
? Component temperature compensation/protection calibration and vehicle altitude performance compensation calibration by carrying out the summer test, winter test and altitude test.
? Cooperate with other transmission calibrators and engine calibrators for a success project.
? Perform calibration review and release process according to each quality gate requirement.
? Provide technical support to vehicle verification and durability tests.
? Provide technical support to transmission dyno tests.
Requirements:
? Knowledge in vehicles, engines and transmissions
? Basic electrical and electronic knowledge
? Basic programming and system controls knowledge
? Good command of MS office, especially in Excel
? Be familiar with calibration development tools like INCA, CANape or Helios
? Driving license, and good driving skill
LANGUAGE: Good in English
