职位描述:

主要工作：
1、Plan and implement new products and/or changes to the manufacturing process
制定并执行新产品及产品变更流程
2、Provide manufacturing engineering support to assigned UAP
向各生产单元提供技术支持
3、Provide support to Quality Department and UAP Quality Engineer as required
按照质量部及生产现场质量工程师需求提供支持
4、 Review processes and procedures on an on-going basis for safety, quality and production efficiency
回顾流程，针对安全，质量，效率等方面制定可持续性改进计划
5、 Assist in other UAP support as assigned
其他分配到的生产支持工作
6、 Participate in Hoshin and Continuous Improvement events as assigned
参与工厂奥深小组的持续改进活动
7、Develop plans in accordance with customer requirements using value analysis, and other
techniques including PFMEA and control plans
运用价值分析，工程技术（PFMEA），计划控制等手段，根据客户需求制定发展计划
8、 Lead continuous improvement efforts of the company through value analysis, maintaining up to
date knowledge of manufacturing/tooling techniques
通过价值分析，生产技术指标，引导持公司续发展成就
9、 Responsible for any changes to products or equipment from Engineering changes
负责所有生产及生产设备变更
10、Responsible for final approval and turn over of projects to manufacturing/production
负责项目批准及交付生产
11、Review all production methods for compliance to quality and safety standards and for improvement of product quality standards
回顾各生产期间的是否达到质量及安全标准
12、Develop and implement manufacturing documentation and other operator instructions
改进并执行生产操作手册及其他操作文件
13、Prepare documentation, checking equipment planning, designing for floor inspections
准备文件，检查设备计划，涉及工作现场布局


任职要求：

1、 Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering; or, minimum 5 years previous experience as Manufacturing Engineer
工程本科以上学历，或者制造型企业5年以上工作经验
2、 Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making and communication skills
较好的分析问题，解决问题，决策及沟通技巧
3、 Thorough knowledge of engineering techniques associated with project management
较好的项目管理方面工程技术
4、 Must be capable of working with a wide variety of people from the shop floor to senior managers, vendors, suppliers and customers
有能力与各种人员之间协调工作，从工厂生产车间人员到经理，供应商以及客户
5、 Minimum of two (2) years of automotive experience
至少2年以上汽车行业工作背景
6、 Practical knowledge of AQP functions, continuous improvement, and other analytical and action planning tools
熟悉AQP，持续改进，分析，及行动计划等工具
7、 Knowledgeable computer skills
熟练的PC技术
