职位描述
Job Purpose: Support current & new operations in China with the implementation of supply chain optimization.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
1. Support current & new operations in China with the implementation of value chain mapping supply chain optimization and plan for process to accomplish inventory and transportation cost reduction goal.
2. Coordinate the complete supply chain launch of new suppliers & new plant in China.
3. Coordinate with global supply chain management personnel to resolve supplier delivery issues for regional operations.
4. Launch new plant in terms of MP&L function
Other duties assigned by management.
Key Performance Indicators:
1. # of issues resolved
2. # of projects completed
3. # of studies completed.
4. plants satisfaction time of response
Knowledge:
1. Deeply understand the entire supply chain management concept
Automotive and Electronic industry preferred
Personal Skills，Attributes:
1. Proficiency in English.
Good command of MS Office
Value Stream Mapping
Key Functional Competencies:
1. Process improvemen in SCM
2. Broad engagement through SCM
7+years work experience in related field.
3. Plant production planning and scheduling experience
4. Lean manufacturing experience
