工作职责：

Monitor daily operation of the laboratory (Electrical & Electronics Lab)and ensure the smooth running of tasks/Procedures on time.

监控实验室(电子电气实验室）的日常操作并确保任务/程序平稳地如期运转。

Supervise the safety included in laboratory working area.

监督实验室所在区域的安全性。

Ensure the tests are performed properly and results are recorded properly on worksheet.

确保检测的正确开展和结果的正确记录。

Direct the technical staff to implement the proficiency/correlation tests.

安排验证/比对试验计划，并领导技术人员按计划完成。

Implement the new test method development and method update.

落实新方法的开发和方法更新。

Institute the purchasing supplies program.

制定供应品的采购计划。

Approve the testing worksheets and forms prepared.

审批建立的检测工作单和表格。

Review the training assessment of the technical personnel in laboratory and authorize accordingly.

审核实验室技术人员的培训评估并做相应的授权。

Appraise the performance of subordinate.

评估下属的工作表现。

Review and issue the test reports.

检查和签发测试报告。

岗位要求：

College degree or above.

大专或以上学历。

Minimum five years related working experience on electrical & electronic testing, among which at least three years of the professional 3^rd party testing lab management. Be familiar with IEC standards regarding testing facility technical requirements. Skilled DIYer.

至少5年的相关电子电气检测行业工作经验，其中至少3年专业第三方实验室管理经验。熟悉IEC检测标准对于设备的技术要求。动手能力较强。
