工作职责：

Direct the department （电子电气部门） to follow up the policy and strategic planning of company.

指导部门（E&E Department)贯彻实施公司的政策方针和战略计划。

Ensure the project team to operate in a normal, safe and high efficient way and the project reports to be delivered in compliance with the planned time and quality; handle as promptly as possible the inferior work mode and behavior, and supervise the implementation effect of the corrective, preventive actions.

确保项目组正常、安全、高效地运作及项目报告按质按期完成，及时处理不良的作业方式及行为，监督纠正和预防措施的落实效果。

Propose the development/expansion of testing services based upon customer’s demand.

根据客户的需求提议需开发/扩充的检测服务。

Evaluate and approve the feasibility of the program formulated for customer.

为客户评估并审核设计计划的可行性。

Review the test requirement submitted by customers, and the feasibility of the standard operation procedure.

评审客户提供的检测要求，以及标准操作程序的可行性。

Investigate the customer complaint related and report to superior, workout and implement the action plan and preventive measures .

调查相关的客户投诉，制定并落实改进计划和纠正措施。

Responsible for managerial work of planning on human resources, training and development of personnel in the project team （including Project Supervisor and Project Engineer) and maintain the relevant records.

负责项目组（包括项目主管，项目工程师）的人力资源规划、人员培训和发展等方面的管理工作，保存有关记录。

Ensure smooth running of the department with appropriate staffing and job allocation.

通过合适的人员和工作分配来确保部门的平稳运转。

Appraise the performance of subordinate.

评估下属的工作表现。

Review and issue the test reports.

岗位要求:

College or university degree.

理工科大学学历。

Minimum five years related working experience on 3rd party testing & certification. Among which at least three years team management experience. Be familiar with one of more following E&E product categories: household appliances, power tools, lighting products, AV IT products, EMC.

检测认证行业至少5年的相关工作经验. 其中至少三年团队管理经验。熟悉下述一项或多项产品检测标准: 家电，电动工具，灯具，影视/信息产品，电磁兼容。

Excellent client oriented sense, strong communication skill and time management. Team player.

Fluent speaking and writing English
