工作职责：

Monitor daily operation of the project team （E&E project team) and ensure the smooth running of tasks/Procedures on time.

监控项目组（电子电气项目组）的日常操作并确保任务/程序平稳地如期运转。

Supervise the safety included in project team working area.

监督项目组所在区域的安全性。

Monitor and coordinate with laboratory to ensure the scheduled daily jobs are completed on time, Review and check the progress of test records and reports.

监督并协调实验室以确保及时完成所计划的日常工作, 评审和检查检测记录和报告的进度。

Check and approve all assigned job to the laboratory.

核查及批准所有分配至实验室的任务单。

Approve the testing worksheets and forms prepared.

审批建立的检测工作单和表格。

Review the training assessment of the technical personnel in project team and authorize accordingly.

审核项目组技术人员的培训评估并做相应的授权。

Appraise the performance of subordinate.

评估下属的工作表现。

Review and issue the test reports.

检查和签发测试报告。

岗位要求：

College degree or above.

至少大学学历。

Minimum five years related working experience, among which three years in the testing & certification industry. Be familiar with below one ore more category: household appliance, power tools, lighting products, AV IT products, EMC.

至少5年的相关工作经验. 其中至少3年检测认证行业经验。娴熟以下至少一项: 家电，电动工具，灯具，影视信息产品，电磁兼容。

Strong communication skill and management concept.

较强的沟通技巧和管理理念。

Ability to communicate in English.

具备英语沟通能力。
