职位描述

Responsibilities:

Our Consultants work on projects of all sizes to provide functional and/or technical expertise to support and meet the project objectives. They participate in delivering our solution offerings to clients and work on internal initiatives. Activities may include:

·To lead and execute Business Consulting projects in one or more of these areas: Customer Relationship Mgmt (CRM), Supply Chain Mgmt (SCM), and Enterprise Performance Mgmt (EPM).

·To lead and execute pre-sale activities in the above areas.

·To coach and develop a team of junior consultants

·Research, analysis, documentation, facilitation, and problem solving and delivering on assigned tasks within scope

·Interfacing with client's personnel

·Contributing to internal initiatives and activities

·Solution development support

·Knowledge management

·Internal Projects

·Training

Education and Work Experience:

· Bachelor's or Masters degree in a Business discipline, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline required

· Prior experience in a functional or technical area that supports a solution or industry offerings; Microsoft technology, Applications Development, Business Intelligence, Oracle, SAP, Lawson

· Prior consulting experience a plus

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

·Strong Project Management skills, certifications a plus

·Deep domain knowledge in one or more of these areas: CRM, SCM, EPM.

·Deep industry experience in any sub-sectors related to manufacturing and/or logistics.

·Experience in supporting solution system (such as SAP and Oracle) implementation from business consulting perspective.

·Strong command of good English in addition to Mandarin.

·Able to interact effectively with senior executives

·Effective relationship-building skills; interpersonal skills and poise; track record of consistent leadership

·Effective communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation)

·Analysis, research, systemic thinking, and problem-solving skills

·Ability to work well both independently and in teams

·Ability to perform in a self-directed manner, to multi-task, and to effectively manage up

·Aptitude to learn quickly and to rapidly apply performance feedback.
