Accomplishes company objectives by planning, ordering and checking products inventory.

Duties:

· Accomplishes company objectives by planning, ordering, checking and managing logistics of products inventory; enforcing policies and procedures.

· Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to customer satisfaction; preparing and completing action plans; implementing, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.

· Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual inventory Statements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

· Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

· Apply for Stock Check, according to the agreement in the contracts, at Customer warehouse.

· Deal with forwarding companies in terms of quotation request, delivery time check, update custom document when required, check product deliveries and packing list at Customer warehouse, reporting according to the company file format and standards.

· Accomplish company procedures and quality standards.

· Report and weekly update to the General Manager and the Technical sales director.
