Responsibilities:

装饰行业：
1，具有室内外装饰设计行业经验。
2，有装饰画，装饰板材，墙纸，装饰玻璃，移门等产品的销售经验，了解相关销售渠道。
3，具有建筑设计公司，装潢装饰公司，或室内设计师的客户基础。
4，了解各种室内外装饰材料的种类，应用。
5，具有基本的平面设计能力。
广告行业：
具有标识设计制作公司，广告输出公司从业经验及客户资源。
了解终端品牌客户及4A广告公司的采购及运作流程。
熟悉广告制作材料（亚克力）的特性及生产应用。
拥有基本的平面设计能力。

Business development

- Continuously prospect the assigned sales territory to identify new customers

- Stay fully up to date about customers and prospective customers in the assigned sales territory.

- Identify and analyse business opportunities and decide on how to expand that opportunity.

- Identify changing customer needs, market trends and the competitor's product, pricing and market

approach (for example, by attending exhibitions, seminars, and meetings).

- Continuously look for opportunities to penetrate into the competitor’s customer base.

- Continuously grow the business relationship with customers.

- Effectively use the resources of the company to develop new business.

- Perform demonstrations linking the needs of the customer to the strengths of the solution.

- Work with the account to create and offer clear proposals which correspond with the customers' needs.

- Agree on the service level agreement with the customer.

- Ensure clear and consistent communication with the customer by co-ordinating the communication between

the Oce internal departments and the customer.

- Provides key operator training to the customer.

Requirements:

Education:

- Degree holder

Experience:

- At least 1 year of previous end-user sales experience in IT or OA equipment or related industry

- Aggressive and result driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong presentation, sales, negotiation, and influencing skills

- Active attitude to self-learning

Language:

- Good written and oral English preferred
