职位描述

The purpose of this role is to support development of the business by achieving business targets in key markets such as the SE Asia / Latin America and Africa.

Main accountabilities to include but not limited to:

  • Sourcing and developing leads for new business
  • Contacting companies to quality leads within the agreed target business and geographical areas
  • Developing allocated exisiting accounts to achieve the maximum potential
  • Organizing and attending customer visits and promoting the company in the market
  • Negotiating with clients for new / old businesses
  • Making budgets on traveling expenses and marketing tools

A sucessful candidate will
  • Proven track record in business development areas that are translated directly to sales volumn
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Knowledge of Western way of doing business and export
  • The instinct to take responsibility / ownership of issues and not seek to blame others
  • Team player approach as working closely with the operations managers
  • Ability to demonstate their success and taht they exceed target on a regular basis
  • Ability to produce real and convincing sales plans

This candidate is expected to travel minimum 3 months per year.
