Minimum Requirement:
-4 year University degree or equivalent
-over 8 years proven sourcing, merchandising and/or retail experience
-Excellent communication skills in English and local office language
-Knowledge of US retail industry

-Proven leadership ability, including Team Management and Development

-Ability to think strategically and conceptually
-Strong problem solving, negotiations, planning and organizational skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Result-oriented, self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic and energetic

Desired Requirement:
-Knowledge about hometextile products
-Knowledge and experience for U.S. market

Major responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain global vendor matrix
-Manage order execution for on-time quality shipment
-Communicate effectively with HQ, overseas offices, cross-functional teams and vendor partners for Target strategy and surface potential sourcing opportunities
-Lead, coach and develop the team
