JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to consistently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners

• Experience related to compliance, labor, and/or manufacturing

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Analyzes factory audit results and identify areas of improvement based on standard operating procedures.

• Maintains accuracy of registered factory information by identifying and researching duplicate factories; associates factories to multiple vendors.

• Documents all phone calls, emails, and faxes in the database to create/maintain vendor history.

• Reviews, provides feedback, and holds vendors accountable to factory Corrective Action Plans.

• Provides relevant information to support vendor meetings, business partner conference calls, and general Social Compliance education sessions.

• Provides ongoing feedback to both Target and third party auditors

• Collaborates with team to execute Social Compliance initiatives.

• Supports special projects as assigned.
