Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for the planning, resource allocation, and management of SAAS software implementations

· Ensures that implementation decisions are made that best suit the customer's business requirements and adhere to budget and timeline constraints

· Manages project plan objectives and resources by thorough risk, issue and change management assessment across business and IT functions

· Encourages strong performance by supplier, customer and Kenexa personnel to create integrated project teams that consistently achieve set goals

· Raises the performance of supplier, customer and own teams to create integrated goal achieving project teams

· Manages contract, ensuring clients and suppliers alike perform in accordance with original agreement, and manages the commercial consequences of failure to perform

Required experience and qualifications

· 3 + years of SAAS project management experience, fostering and maintaining relationships with client at both the project and executive sponsor levels

· Subject matter expert with MS Project, Office, and Visio productivity management tools

· Polished presentation, solution demonstration, training, and facilitation abilities; skilled in MS PowerPoint with a credible, poised image

· Experience deploying formal project management methods and tools to govern and control programs

· Extensive software implementation experience that includes using off-shore resources

· Strong knowledge and extensive use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques

· Proven ability to keep long-term projects on schedule

· Strong team collaboration skills (including coaching, mentoring and leading) across mixed customer, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams

· Flexibly open to up to 20-30% domestic and/or international travel

· Fluent in oral and written Mandarin and English

Educational Requirements

· US-equivalent Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or similar

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent is preferred
