工作职责：
1、驾驶员上岗工作时间，即包括正常上班时间，也包括加班时间和节假日出车及领导安排的出车。
2、自觉维护人防机关的荣誉和整体形象，上岗期间着装整洁，举止文明。
3、要自觉服从领导，听从指挥，对顶撞领导和对领导布置工作不能按时完成的，要追究纪律责任。
4、自觉遵守交通规则，保证杜绝任何交通事故。
5、保证准时出车，出车期间不办私事，爱护车辆，定期保养，及时维修，保证车辆整洁完好。
6、坚持厉行节约的方针，精打细算，将油耗降低到最低程度。
7、因公出车期间，服务好部门用车人，做到准时、安全接送到目的地；要积极配合领导和办事人员工作，主动搞好后勤服务工作。
8、积极主动完成任务各项分配的其他工作。
任职条件：
1、男性，具有五年以上驾驶经验，熟悉上海市道路，有A类驾照优先考虑；
2、能够适应文明礼貌、安全驾驶；熟悉上海市及周边省市的交通路况，能够迅速处理突发事件；
3、有优秀的汽车驾驶员操作能力，熟知汽车的一般构造、原理，如何对车辆进行正常的维护、保养，能判断汽车的一般故障并能对车辆进行自救、预见性能力；
4、服从总务管理员和办公室的车辆调度，适应一定时间的加班；
5、协保人员优先考虑。
