The essential functions include,but are not limited to the following:
a. Be responsible for all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in sales and marketing for the company;
b. Achieving all marketing activities to ensure monthly and yearly goals & objectives are met;
c. Coordinate with air departments for the daily operation issues such as cargo status tracing, POD request and tracing etc;
d. Monitor service performance and create corrective and preventive action plans;
e. Assist in operation review, continuous process improvement initiatives;
f. Formulate sales strategy and approach to market including local customer segmentation and specific value proposition consistent with overall client strategy;
g. Respond to and coordinate with overseas counterparts in the execution of freight and procedures to achieve customers satisfaction.

Experience & Qualifications Requirement:
- More than 3 Years experience in international Forwarding Sales (Airfreight), have been a sales leader will be better;
- Be familiar with all aspects of market knowledge, such as key commodities, key Customers, market share and key competitors;
- Good understanding of Airfreight Handling Procedures, Market & Rates;
- Creative problem solving capability ;
- Proficiency in English, Language of business practices is required;
- Passion, initiative and drive to continuously develop and serve clients both internal & external with creativity and innovation;
- Can work under pressure, Advanced interpersonal skill and team spirit and Loyal to the company.

Reporting Relationship: Reports to the directors.
