Job Duties:

-Develop brand marketing strategy in China market
-Create promotional plan
-Anlalyzes market share trends and competitive activity
-Implement brand plans by organizing execution of advertising, large events, visibility, variant platforms and consumer promotions according to the plan.-Implement the strategies and tactics required to achieve profitable growth
-Manage commitment and spend of advertising and promotion funds within budgeted levels and in step with volume, revenue and profitability achievement
-Maintenance of the relevant reporting tools to control the activity
-Maintains the good legal standing and image of the Company
-Reports on a timely manner to CEO

Qualification:
Education
University graduate major in Business/Marketing
Work Experience
-2 years marketing experience with an international fast-moving consumer goods company
-Solid brand management and marketing management experience from consumer goods environment including above-the line, below-the-line, new product launch experience, with focus in China market
Skills
-Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, French will be a plus
-Specific understanding on ATL work around managing simple project on print and digital campaign creation
