工作职责：
一:
a)建立客户/潜在客户清单，档案；
b)开发新客户，在授权范围内与客户签订服务合同；
c)维护客户关系；
d)监督及跟踪客户职位进展，以确保客户满意；
e)定期与客户沟通，取得客户对服务状况的反馈；
f)顾问与客户沟通发现问题时，帮助顾问了解客户需求，确定搜索方向；
g)跟踪并确保客户付款状况；
h)以最佳方式向客户/潜在客户宣传公司的优势。
二:
a)理解客户需求；
b)根据客户需求与内部顾问及时的沟通；
d)与客户保持密切沟通和合作；
e)完成直线顾问交给的其他工作。

职位要求：
1.1年及以上电话销售行业或猎头BD经验，有可被证明的优秀业绩者优先；
2.人力资源招聘，电话销售，相关行业市场销售经验者优先；
3.善于自我学习，自我激励，在高压力下完成工作目标；
4.强烈的责任心和团队协作精神，且具有良好的服务意识；
5.优秀的人际沟通能力；
6.大专及以上学历；
7.良好的英语读写能力，口语熟练者优先考虑
