Job Description 岗位描述：

* Responsible for welcoming of gests and escorting them to their rooms where necessary, in a professional friendly and genuine manner.

* 负责欢迎客人，并在必要时，以专业、友好和真诚的态度陪同客人进入其客房

* Responsible for the timely and careful delivery and collection of guest luggage and belongings to and from guest rooms, cars and Reception.

* 负责时刻关注客人的行李和物品从客房、车辆和前台送达和收取

* To ensure guest luggage and belongings are stored in a secure, methodical way at all times.

* 确保客人的行李和物品寄存安全并有序

* To ensure that you as the Bell Boy at the hotel have a comprehensive knowledge of town, and what is happening within the city at all times, and to ensure that all guest enquiries are met with prompt, informative yet friendly solution.

* 确保时刻掌握城市信息和活动，友好并及时为客人最新的信息

* To maintain and be aware of the importance of guest recognition.

* 充分了解时刻关注客人的重要性

Job Qualification 岗位要求：

* It is a plus 170cm high or above and have good spoken English.

* 身高170cm以上，英语口语良好。

* Outgoing and passionate. Have strong service awareness.

* 个性开朗热情，愿意从事酒店服务行业。

* 2 days work and 2 days off. Night working shift is acceptable.

* 做二休二，能接受夜班。
