Job responsibility
1.Complete arrangements of EHS daily affairs under the leadership.
完成日常安全、环境与职业卫生相关事务的安排。
2.Conscientiously implement the relevant national safety guidelines, policies and regulations, conveys superior safety production work advice in a timely manner.
认真贯彻执行国家有关安全生产方针、政策、法规，及时传达上级安全生产的工作意见。
3.Improve the company security environment management system and check the implementation of the system.
完善公司安全环境管理制度并检查制度的落实情况。
4.Assist the company leadership to develop annual safety target, and tracking the target completion.
协助公司领导制定年度安全目标，并跟踪目标的完成情况。
5.Set up and implement yearly/monthly safety plans.
制定年度/月度安全计划并跟踪执行。
6.Be responsible for communication with MERSEN group on EHS affairs.
负责与美尔森集团进行与安全环境职业卫生工作沟通。
7.Correspond with local government about EHS affairs.
与地方政府部门进行安全/环境与职业卫生的沟通与协调。
8.Follow up the implementation of the safety corrective action.
跟踪公司安全整改方案的落实情况。
9.Organize the company emergency plan.
组织公司应急演练。
10.Collect and analyze and keep safety files for further reference.
对各种安全数据进行收集、分析及存档。
11.Be collaborated with safety members in workshops to accomplish safety work.
配合安全管理人员完成相关工作。
12. Be responsible for accident/incident management according to MERSEN regulation.
根据集团规定对事故进行跟踪（事故调查、汇报、面谈、检查整改措施的落实等）。
13. Update the list of risk assessment and environment. Check the implementation.
更新风险评估及环境影响因素清单，并检查监督相关部门对整改措施的落实情况。
14. Be responsible for the safety audit from MERSEN group and customers, check and supervise the accomplishment of safety corrective action.
负责美尔森集团对贤达的安全审计，并检查监督有关部门对整改措施的落实情况。
15. Set up and maintain the environmental system such as ISO14000, OHSAS18000.
建立并完善环境体系，如ISO14000和OHSAS18000。

Job requirements
1.Bachelor degree in Safety or Environment, or technical area.
本科学历，安全或环境相关专业，或其他理工科专业。
2.More than 5 years related work experience in manufacturing company, with at least 2 years in safety & environment management role. Working experience in machinery equipment filed is preferred.
五年以上制造型企业的EHS经验，至少2年的管理经验，机械设备行业者优先考虑。
3.Good English skill.
良好的英语听说读写能力。
4.Familiar with regulatory requirements and government policies。
熟知相关国家和地区的法律法规要
5.Shanghai production safety management certification is preferred.
有相关安全管理资质证书者可优先考虑。
6.Strong communication ability.
优秀的沟通能力。

     Meren Xianda Shanghai Co., Ltd is one of Chinese subsidiaries of Mersen Group as a top quality factory in China which manufactures chemical equipments made by high performance materials.

     With registered capital of 31.495 million U.S. dollars, Mersen Xianda locates at the industrial development zone in Fenxian district. The company has 36,000 m2 landscape including 18 000 m2 workshops and offices. With more than 100 staff, it can produce more than 1000 sets of equipments yearly.
