Job Description

-To check all the guest rooms

-To prepare and issue room status report

-To report and follow up on repair and maintenance

-To attend to guest requests and complaints.

-To check on the standard of “Turn downs service”.

-To liaise closely with Front Office regarding guest room status.

－检查客房

－准备房态表

－报告并跟进工程维修问题

－处理客人询问或投诉

－检查夜床服务

－与前台联系关于房态事宜

Qualification

1.具有国际品牌四五星级酒店相关工作经验

2.有良好的沟通协作能力

3.能够承受工作压力

4.基础英语口语对话能力
