Job Responsibility: 岗位职责：

* Check room status and arrange the cleaning room to the guest in advance.

* 检查当日的房态，为即将到店的客人安排房间。

* Check-in.

* 为客人办理入住手续。

* Accounting the room charge for the check-out guests.

* 在客人离店时，为客人结算房帐，开具发票。

* Coordinationg with concierge, F&B department to do the job best.

* 做好与礼宾部、餐饮部等部门之间的协调工作。

Job Requirements: 岗位要求：

* Accept the working shift, especially night shift of this position.(Work and rest every two days)

* 做二休二，能接受夜班。

* Skilled in oral and written English.

* 拥有良好的英语口语及书写能力。

* Hard working and have presentable image.

* 吃苦耐劳，形象气质佳。

Fluent in oral English

1 year above experience in 4-5 star international branded hotels
