职位描述
Ci&T is currently looking for a "Mobile Hybrid Applications Architect" to support our technical team operations in Asia Pacific Region.
Position responsibilities:
● Understand mobile applications requirements and translate them into a mobile app design
● Code complex features on mobile apps, primarily on PhoneGap framework but also in other frameworks if needed;
● Work with web applications developers/architects to design a complete mobile and backend solution;
● Guide/Support its team towards the implementation of successful hybrid mobile applications.
● Apply his/her experience on defining when usage of Hybrid or Native approach is the best
● Review/Assist its team on tasks related to estimation, planning, analysis, design, and implementation of framework/component for mobile apps.
● Ability to quickly understand limitations and advantages of mobile technologies, proposing alternative architectural solutions and patterns.
Position Requirements
● 2+ years of experience in Android and/or iOS based mobile application development projects;
● 3+ years of web development projects experience, both as a developer and design/architect;
● Knowledge of any of the following platforms/code bases:
● Javascript, HTML5 / CSS3 / CSS for mobile
● Phonegap/jQuery/jQuery mobile/Sencha/WebKit
● Experience developing front end views in MVC environments
● Familiarity with mobile web content delivery, mobile web browser limitations, and experience delivering functional user experiences for mobile devices is a plus
● Experience on supporting and reviewing mobile applications solution architecture, providing optimal architecture based on customer' requirements
● Enthusiasm for problem solving, software development process and continuous improvement mindset
● Excellent listening, coaching, communication, group facilitation and conflict resolution skills
● Passion about software development
● B.S. degree or higher in computer science or related fields
● Fluent in Mandarin (at native speaking level)
● Advanced English skills
These will be considered big differentiators:
● Software development process & agile methodologies background
● Experience in IT services outsourcing for American, European and/or Japanese clients.
● Availability of short term travels - visit other Ci&T's Delivery Centers and current/new customers.
● Japanese language skills
