职位描述
Job Duties:
1. Major contributor and technical leader in high speed analog and mixed signal CMOS integrated circuit design and applications.
2. Complete clock & data recovery, phase locked loop, output de-emphasis, input equalizer, or ohter high speed circuit design from product definition and/or system algorithm definitions, and continue to product delivery using state of the art tools for design, simulation, layout, test, and characterization.
3. Participate in continuous improvement of overall design flow.
Skills required:
1. Expertise in high speed analog and mixed signal CMOS integrated circuit design, with proficiency in Cadence Spectre/APS/UltraSim and other analog circuit simulators such ADS, Cadence Virtuoso and Mentor Calibre back-end tools, and various high speed chip test/characterization equipments.
2. Expertise in high speed communication industry standards and their related requirements and specifications.
3. Masters the integrated circuit electronics including analog, mixed signal and behavioral model level of integrated circuit design, layout and computer aided design tools.
4. Requires an understanding of CAD tools and environments, i.e., design workstations, LINUX, and Cadence/Mentor design systems is necessary.
5. Ability to work in a team environment with other system, digital and analog design engineers, production, test, and applications engineers is a must.
