职位描述
岗位职责：
1、参与客户的技术交流和产品技术导入。
2、负责在客户的产品设计、调试、测试、生产、现场应用等环节提供软件相关技术支持服务；
3、定期与客户相关人员交流，了解并挖掘客户需求，负责跟进项目实施问题解决及反馈。
4、负责对客户产品测试，提供专业、及时的技术答疑。
5、负责产品技术资料、方案编写，提供产品技术的指导和培训；
任职要求：
1、计算机、电子相关专业本科以上学历，英语四级以上，两年以相关工作经验。
2、熟练使用C语言，熟悉嵌入式系统软件开发
3、具有安防、视频监控、工业控制等相关行业应验，有DVR产品及系统研发经验及背景优先。
4、踏实吃苦、有责任心，有团队意识，有良好的服务意识、沟通和执行能力。
5、能适应工作出差。
Job Discription :
Work with S/W FAE and Sales for product promotion
Field support to distributors and customers' projects on software application
Training distributors and customers' enigeer for specified projects
Report project issues to system team for further improvement
Post service after product MPed on S/W issues
Requirement:
Minimum BSEE with 3 years or above working experience is desired
Hand on software experience on embedded system design, Microcontrollers and its peripherals, familiar with ARM and C/C++ programming, good knowledge of programming based on Windows/Linux OS
Good technical background of video application, understanding DVR application is preferred.
Willing to long-time travel and support at customer site with extra working, Acting promptly to any technical issues relative to application software.
Able to read and write document in English
Strong sense of responsibility & team work spirit, pleasant personality combined with good communication skill.
