Job Description:

Desktop Management
1. Assisting office workers with their computer desktop/laptop systems.
2. Assisting office workers with their computer desktop/laptop systems.
3.Troubleshoot network printer issues.
4.Monitor personal computers for illegal software
5.Ensure that anti-virus and security defense systems provide complete coverage of all the desktop and server.
6.Maintenance and upgrading of computer systems or offering recommendations on upgrades needed

System Management
1.Be responsible for install & maintain all the server system (e.g. Backup, Spam filter, IWSS, NOD32, etc.).

3.Server room’s system daily maintenance and quarterly inspection
4.Maintain the infrastructure roadmap to ensure all key system hardware follow a planned (lifecycle) replacement, and renew all software licenses
5.Technical support for outsourcing software application system
6.Maintenance of networking systems


Education & Experience
1.College degree or above in any IT related field.
2.2 - 3 years in an Helpdesk & System Administrator role.
3.Strong knowledge of Windows 7, XP, 2003 and 2008R2 server.
4.Knowledge of MS Exchange/Outlook, Symantec BackExec etc.
5.Knowledge of TCP/IP and various Internet services (DNS, NAT, IPSec, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, SNMP).
