Electrical Machines Division President
Our client is a leader in power and automation technologies that enable utility and industry customers to improve performance while lowering environmental impact. The Group of companies operates in around 100 countries and employs over 100,000 people.

Job Purpose:
Strategic, operational and line management of Electrical Machines Ltd., build up, lead and ensure profitable operation with the motivated staff. The company president is responsible for the P&L (and Balance sheet) of the unit and is accountable to deliver results (as per targets).
Responsibilities:
- Develop, agree and implement business strategy plan
- Responsible for Health and Safety of the company in China.
- Responsible for the integration of new production lines from global BU
- Development of co-operation with internal teams.
- Ensure a profitable operation in Electrical Machines Ltd
- Ramp up new production facilities quickly to avoid under-absorption, business opportunities, Marketing, Sales
- Build up and retain long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers
- Customer contacts (high level, key persons) maintaining market name in China
- Utilize market information and trends for new solutions and business opportunities
- Drive of the local sales team. Ensure high quality of products and operations processes
- Grow the business fast, increase company's Market share in China
- Supporting of JV in other city and regularly review of the JV business

Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering / business administration
- 5 - 10 years working experience in management , technical & business development background
- People developer, good communication, team working & collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical skill and strategic thinking & handling
- Hands-on personality; result oriented, independent and flexible having the commitment to the business and cultural awareness
- Able to manage the "big picture
- Ability collaborate with global BU colleagues in Europe
