Established in 2005, we have to-date successfully conducted over hundred assignments for our blue chip clients in the FMCG, manufacturing, merchandising and financial services industry, IT. To cope with our fast expansion, we urgently seek Consultants / Senior Research Associate to join our team.

Consultant/Asst.Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively promote IMAX brand by professional service to existing/ potential clients
2. Effectively develop and manager client relationship
3. Work with researcher to identify target companies & candidates based on client's job profile; source, interview and screen candidates
4. Professionally coordinate with client and candidates and effectively manage candidate relationship through the process

Requirements
1. University degree with 3 yrs working experience as a consultant / HR / sales/ marketing, exposure in MNC is a plus
2. Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills
3. Good commando of English, both spoken and written
4. Passionate, self-motivated and result-oriented
5. Team player and ability to work under pressure
Candidates with less experience will be appointed initially as Research Associate.
