GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and manage the increasing quality, sales and profitability of Husky’s growing aftermarket business in Asia Pacific.
Metrics
? Achieve Revenue and EBITDA Plan commitments for AMS products for Asia Pacific
? Achieve on-time delivery, lead-time, quality and cost targets on AMS products for Asia Pacific

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

? Lead, engage and develop the AMS team within Asia Pacific; Build the team.
? Establish the AMS Asia Pacific business plan, buget and metrics; support the A/P team to achieve the business plan/metrics
? Participate in Global AMS leadership team to develop the overall direction of the business, strategy, priorities, product development and metrics
? Drive profitable growth of AMS products in Asia Pacific
? Work closely with Sales and AMS Busines Advisors to drive business and increase Sales including travel to customers
? Responsible for “order to customer acceptance”
? Responsive to and meet commitments to Sales/customers
? Improve the business by developing processes, driving continuous improvement and aligning best practices with other territories
? Advisory responsibilities for other functions within AMS e.g. global engineering, product management
? Advocate AMS and its products within Husky I.M.S.
TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: If appropriate, identify the specific technical/professional skills, knowledge and abilities required or preferred for this job (e.g. strong project management skills; strong interpersonal skills; report writing skills, negotiation skills, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- EDUCATION (Indicate required and/or preferred education for this job.)
Post-secondary education (College or University degree in engineering preferred) or demonstrated competency through work experience.

- RELATED EXPERIENCE (Indicate required and/or preferred experience for this job.)
Over five years experience in leadership and exposure to sales
