Job Requirements:

*Asia Pacific Parts Order Desk

-Support all Asia Pacific customers,plus regional sales/service

-Respond to telephone,fax&e-mail enquiries

-Process requests for quotations,prices,deliverise,orders for spare parts to support all Husky poducts

-Proactively notify customer's order of delivery status/change of status

-Always demonstrate strong customer service "Can Do Attitude"

*Compare customer demand with global inventroy availablity

-Escalate issue of order shortfall,parts setup, to the purchasing desk

-Escalate issue of credit,customer set up,inventory discrepancy to Asia parts operation manager

-Maintain good working knowledge of Husky products

*Provide first class customer service support for all Asia Pacific

*Act as liaison with Finance to process customer billling

*Undertake any other duties as directed by Team Leader

Job Qualifications:

*University Degree preferred

*Supply Chain and/or Technical backgroud preferred

*Fluent communication both in oral and written English and Japanese

*Technical and mechanical knowledge of machinery is a plus
