职位职责：

1、 对行业商情、行业内情、人才行情进行资料的收集和研究

2、 根据顾问或者项目经理的要求进行中高端人才的寻访

3、 根据顾问或者项目经理的要求对人才进行初步的了解。

4、 协助顾问或者项目经理编写人才评估报告

5、 顾问或者项目经理交代的其他任务

职位要求：

1、 本科以上学历，硕士研究生学历者优先

2、 具有快速的学习能力和良好的分析能力

3、 严密的逻辑思维

4、 良好的表达能力

5、 喜欢具有挑战的生活方式

6、 换位思考的意识

7、 良好的承受压力的能力

8、 能从与人的交流中获得快乐

9、 对猎头咨询行业具有浓厚的兴趣和热情

公司一经录取后，会在进行相关的系统培训，1-2年后，根据其能力安排其担任相关的管理岗位。
