Our client is a leading consumer and medical products company. The company has manufacturing operations in 40 countries and sells its products in more than 150 countries. To cope with their business expansion, it has set up international sourcing office in Shanghai.

Report to Asia Pacific RA/QA Director, main responsibilities include:

- Balancing the needs of the business with the need to remain compliant with established regulations and company policies

- Effectively leads, communicates, and trains to ensure appropriate use of quality/safety techniques and procedures

- Developing, auditing, and maintaining systems to ensure regulatory compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices

- Providing reports and analyses to identify both problems and opportunities for improvement.

- Continuously identifying opportunities and implementing plans and strategies to improve quality, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering

- 5+ years experience in quality assurance/regulatory compliance for Medical Devices is needed - Experience in the areas of quality engineering, statistical analysis, in depth knowledge of applicable FDA, ISO 13485, QSR, MDD and international regulations and the incumbent must be able to effectively organize, plan and lead by influence with all related functional disciplines

- Experience should include supplier management.
