Job Purpose:
Ensure Communication Practice in line with Business Strategy and Function Strategy, support business to achieve the target.

Responsibilities:
- Promote company brand image, following group visual identity guideline, creative principle, layout process and various procedures to present company in a professional way consistently reflect the corporate overall image
- Market company product, system and technology by organizing customer event and exhibition, by utilizing tradition media and digital media for carrying out effective ad campaigns and editorial efforts
- Develop people and team by offering professional insights and knowledge to the staff and coaching them on the daily routine. Identify young talents and provide with team necessary training within the scope of the work.
- Work together with communication functions across business level, division and corporate level as One company and leverage the good practice within the organization. Support Corp.
- Communications on publications, executive communications, media trip, etc. with inputs from business.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- 7-8 years of communications management experience, LBU experience is preferred.
- In-depth communications knowledge across functions i.e. writing, graphic, event planning, project management, etc.
- Good communication skills, problem solving skills,
- Good interpersonal and organization skills, self-driven, business acumen.
- A trustworthy person of integrity.
- Good language ability in Chinese and English.
