职位描述：

- 协助总经理完成集团及其控股、参股公司的战略规划、市场调研、业务模式设计及考量

- 协助总经理分解、立项、执行集团及其控股、参股公司的重大战略项目，并监督、参与其实施过程

- 协助总经理设计、规划并实施集团及其控股、参股公司的股权投、融资方案、架构、及具体融资谈判、中介机构协调工作、并力争最终完成融资计划

- 协助总经理制定部门工作计划、人员招聘计划、行业外联工作及其他社会关系的维护

职位要求：

- 具有4-5年四大工作经验，具有并购以及企业战略知识及项目经验

- CPA者，以及有服装零售有项目经验者优先

- 熟练使用办公软件；具有良好的文字功底及语言表达能力，敬业、诚信、具有不断学习、自我提高的愿望，具有高度的责任心和承压能力。
