工作内容 Responsibility:
1.安排检验室的检验工作
Arrange job for checking room
2.复查每周出货产品均已得到相关方面的批准，防止非预期的产品发货
Double check the products to be delivered are approved, avoid any unexpected products shipping out.
3.对不良品的处置如退货等与仓库进行确认
Confirm the return of rejected parts with warehouse people
4.核对每周快递给荷兰方面的样品型号及数量
Check the item No. and quantity of the samples delivered to NL every week.
5.根据要求进行金属材料力学性能（拉伸强度，屈服强度，冲击，硬度）实验
Conduct metal mechanical test （tensile, yield, impact, hardness）per requirement
6.进行化学成分光谱分析，磁粉探伤, 盐雾试验等实验工作
Conduct spectrum analysis for chemical element, MT test, Salt Spray test etc.
7.其它由质量经理安排的工作
Other jobs arranged by QC Manager

任职资格 Specifications:
1. 高中及以上学历
Above high school
2. 具有3年以上相关质量工作经验
More than 3 years’ relative quality working experience
3. 熟悉产品的测量
Familiar with product dimension measurement
4. 熟练使用Office办公软件
Skillful with MS Office
5. 最好具有相应资质: 如持有金属材料的力学性能测试证书、化学分析、磁粉探伤检验员证书
With related certificate is a plus
