Job Title: Concorde Developer

Job Introduction
Concorde is a Centralized ESB layer enables services and integrates the Channels, Product Processors, Core Banking Systems and Payment Gateways.
Primary functions include
a. Intelligent routing of Asia payments & prioritization
b. Low cost, high performance and highly scalable to enterprise needs
c. Agile and quick time-to-market to satisfy changing business requirements
d. Supports comprehensive suite of protocols/messaging format to meet diverse business requirements

Job Responsibilities
？ Work closely with architects, technical leads and developers to design and implement Java and Tibco Business Works/Business Events solutions.
？ Implement Tibco Business Works processes.
？ Design and Implement Tibco Business Events concepts, functions, rules, transformations and database persistence using Tibco BE Studio.

Technical Skills (Required)
？ TIBCO Business Works / Business Events development on either platform in a financial environment
？ Strong knowledge of XML schemas, documents and XML processing required
？ Solid Java and Java EE knowledge
？ Good knowledge of one relational database server, preferably SQL Server. Able to implement tables, views, stored procedures and write SQL statements
？ Must be familiar with long-term maintained applications
？ Must be familiar with deployment packages.

Non-Technical Skills (Required)
？ Should have at least 5 years working experience
？ Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
？ Excellent understanding of the full SDLC lifecycle including both waterfall and iterative methodologies
？ Should be a highly motivated, self-starting individual willing to work in a dynamic work environment
？ Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
？ Should be open-minded and ready to learn
？ Must be comfortable participating in technical discussions and giving technical presentations.
？ Must be comfortable working in virtual teams and availing of telecommunications technology as the Primary means of communication with colleagues
？ Should be risk oriented and sensitive to the data obligations of the financial services industry

Business Skills (Optional)
？ Have a sound macro view of the working of Global financial markets
？ Have a fundamental understanding of the workings of financial institutions, specifically transaction services.
