岗位职责
1、负责档案资料保密工作，并严格职守资料档案的保密制度；
2、负责档案入库，对档案进行分类登记，档案的分类应做到科学合理，便于查找；
3、办理档案借阅登记手续，检查到期归还的资料是否完整无缺，发现问题及时报告和处理；
4、按有关规定对档案进行例行的保养、管理或销毁；
5、协助行政经理处理日常行政工作。

任职资格
1、档案管理、图书情报、行政管理或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、二年以上相关工作经验；
3、熟悉档案管理办法，掌握计算机档案管理信息系统；
4、严谨、有责任心，有团队合作精神，工作认真负责，细致认真，保密性强；
5、熟练使用办公软件。
