岗位职责：

1、 营运中心财务制度及流程的制定及梳理；

2、 营运中心各事业部的预算管理，包括预算编制、执行、监控；

3、 协助上级对成本核算、控制与分析管理：

4、 向上级提供各项营运财务报告和必要的财务分析；

5、 本部门的团队建设及培训。

岗位要求：

1、 财务管理相关本科以上学历，中级会计师以上职称；

2、 具有医药行业财务核算管理工作经验3年以上

3、 较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；

4、 熟练操作office办公软件，尤其擅长EXCEL；

5、 逻辑思维强，有良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，和团队领导能力，能承受较大工作压力。
