Position: Business planning and analysis manager

Department: Asia Pacific Region Digital Printing Solution

Competencies

·Bachelor degree, major in finance or business

·Minimum 3 years supervisory experience

·Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·International communications experience

·Computer expertise (MS Office, SAP, Lotus Notes, Internet).

·Methodical, capable of working effectively at a detailed level.

·Team-worker, net-worker

·Flexibility and adaptability within different organizations and cultures

·Above 2 years' of BU finance role is a plus

Responsibilities and Duties

·Analyze business unit management P&L

·Timely delivery of management information to local and regional management and business units to support business decision making

·Analyze customer/product segment profitability metrics, sales/revenue trend analysis

·Responsible for budgeting and forecasting process and provide guidance to business sales lines in the region

·Consolidate the region sales funnel and analyze the pipeline to deliver a better sales forecasting

·Participate in consultation of finance system development and recommend process improvement initiatives

·Work closely with local and global finance teams on gathering information and responding to management queries.

Reports to: Region Digital Printing Solution Business General Manager

Country Digital Printing Solution sales management team

Regional finance planning and analyzing team
