Main Responsibilities:

General project management

？ Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and timing goals.

？ Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives

？ Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately

？ Coordinate Documentation and manage communications with internal resources

？ Develop project plans, coordinate projects and communicate changes and progress properly

？ Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback

？ Under the supervision of the Team Lead, manage day-to-day project work flow including internal communications

？ Outline initial implementation plan, monitor and review projects as they are developed.

？ Work with and coordinate the work of other Project Managers within the team to ensure team success and efficient use of resources.

Implementation of PPM projects

？ Full responsibility for Large Scale Projects (set up of new base plants, in house plants or plant expansions)

？ Implementation of operational projects (cost saving, best practices, controlling, supporting, coordinating, etc…)

？ Leading new (non standard) projects on multiple production sites

？ Implementation of corporate projects on all levels of the organization

Education/Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience

· Minimum 5 years of work experience in a project management function

· Experience in working on operational and strategic projects

· Work experience in cross cultural organizations

· Track record of project management within a manufacturing industry environment, with a proven ability to manage and deliver high complexity projects to time, budget and scope.

Qualifications/Skills:

· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to people at all levels of the business

· Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness

· Good analytical skills to design work flows and procedures

· Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and sets clear objectives

· Ability to develop realistic action plans and ensure adequate and timely follow up

· Takes responsibility for own actions, keeps commitments, commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals and completes tasks on time

· Evidence a range of planning skills (short, medium and long term)

· Is able to be innovative in their approach to development and problem solving

· Hands on mentality

· High ethical standards and fully committed to company’s code of conduct

· Travel required up to 50% of the time

· Proficient in the use of MS Office

· Advanced knowledge of Chinese language

· Good command of English
