Job Responsibilities:

• Lead STMO team to provide support to structure trade business.
• Act as Advisory of Structure Trade processing and sign off Summary Control Sheet together with other BUs.
• Draft STMO guideline
• Check supporting docs according to STMO and ensure applications compliance with approved terms and conditions in Summary Control Sheet as well as credit approval.
• Work with CM (Collateral Manager) to ensure the Warehouse Receipt are received in time and period reports from CM are in order.
• Sign-off the deal to STO (Structure Trade Ops) for transaction processing.
• Do the MTM (Mark to Market) monitoring and control, including but not limit to commodity pricing monitor, LTV (Loan to Value) control, top-up processing etc.
• Following up the transactions to ensure successful completion of end-to end transaction flow and liquidation of financing.
• Represent STMO to work with business and IT on commodity client on boarding and product/system development.
• Back up as SME (Subject Matter Experts) of normal trade products.
• Provide the training to STO staff if necessary.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree holder or above
• Strong knowledge on Commodity Trade and related rules, regulation and practice, minimum 8 years experience in Structure Trade Banking operations.
• Good knowledge on general trade banking products.
• Good PC skills and good command of English and Mandarin.
• Good communication skill and problem solving skill.
• High sense of responsibility and willing to work under pressure.
• Strong sense of business orientation.
