Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Engagement

- Regular meeting with related stakeholders

- Analyze L&D needs and provide proper solutions

- Communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of program

- Monthly learning report to stakeholders

2. Program Manager:

- Ensure course effectiveness: right audience; appropriate content & delivery

- Analyze sessions needed and no. of participants

- Course scheduling and marketing (pre/post)

- Ongoing monitoring of enrollment

- Adding additional sessions if needed

3. Course Facilitator for some assigned courses
4. Project Manager for some assigned projects

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 12 years solid delivery experience in professional development and leadership & management development training programmes, experience in aligning Learning solutions to business needs in a high commercial manner and leveraging shared resources and infrastructure to maximize cost efficiency preferred
3. Positive track record/evidence in delivery quality standard and facilitating learning impact
4. Strong influencing and negotiation skills with excellent written and verbal communication
5. Good command of written, spoken English and Chinese
6. Good planning, organizing and coordination skills
7. Hard working and focused on "deliverables"
8. Able to work with extensive traveling.
