面料采购跟单助理(Fabric Purchase&Shipment assistant)
职位描述(Job Description):
1、 严格执行采购业务操作流程，高效的进行面料采购合同的跟进与跟踪工作。
Strictly execute purchase operation process, efficiently calculate bulk fabric according to garment order for purchase order and follow closely
2、 根据客户订单所需的面料样品，并且业务的要求、根据批办意见及时的转达给供应商，并且对面料生产过程中出现的问题，协同业务及时的处置，确保内外部沟通协调的有效性与及时性。
Under client/merchandiser request of fabric, send approval information to suppliers. Solve the problem in bulk process with merchandiser. Daily communication with suppliers and merchandisers timely and efficiently.
3、 负责在面料采购业务操作过程中，进行质量、进度、以及交货的控制。及时将信息反馈到缅甸工厂.与缅甸工厂的同事核对大货面料的品质及数量是否正确
Be responsible for the bulk quality/process/delivery control, send these messages to factory in Myanmar. Communicate with persons in Myanmar to ensure fabric quality/quantity right.
4、 与供应商、公司内部各部门沟通的可追溯性，负责进行分类记录、整理和保持合同,付款。
Maintain traceability of communication with suppliers and merchandisers, Be responsible for assortment and record contract/payment
任职资格(QUALIFICATION)：
1、年龄23-35岁
Age 25-35
2、中专以上学历，服装或纺织专业。
Graduate above technical secondary school in textile industry or garment field is preferable
3、有2年以上服装行业面料采购经验
At least 2 years in fabric purchasing field
4、具备较强沟通、协调能力,应变能力，较强的责任感和敬业精神，团队工作能力
Strong coordination ability and flexibility, Capable to work under pressure，Good team player with cross-functional communication。
5.英语4级以上
Above CET-4
