职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Develop and direct the finance strategy and its tactical execution to serve the U.S. retail businesses and HK and SH 9 Kings offices.
2. Ensure compliance with all US and Chinese (HK and SH) government laws and regulations, policies, and professional standards
3. Analyze, interpret and report operating results to local and US management and make specific recommendations to achieve cost effectiveness and profit improvements
4. Improve the effectiveness of finance function through ongoing training and development of the team in professional skills & knowledge
5. Manage contractual processes to minimize operating risks
6. Strengthen Internal Control environment in the areas of Sourcing, Logistic and liaison with manufacturing site operations
7. Lead and manage a team in the day to day financial accounting operations for the 9 Kings sourcing offices in Shanghai and South offices in Hong Kong and Dong Guan (etc for payroll and office operating expenses, charge backs and true ups).
8. Manage the 9 Kings HK trading business for new accounts with proven experience managing profits in HK trading accounts.
9. Oversee 9 Kings small, manufacturing apparel facility in Shanghai city.
10. Prepare financial reports meeting corporate and local financial reporting requirements on a timely basis
11. Supervise and coordinate the monthly financial closing processes to ensure timely and accurate accounting information related to SH and HK operations to support local statutory and IFRS reporting requirements
12. Anticipate, report and oversee operational cash management needs of the company
13. Manage the relationship with outside stakeholders including banks, Tax bureau, State administration of Foreign exchange and Customs to optimize the company's financial resources
14. Provide financial analysis for management reporting, including Sales, Cost, Expense, Treasury, Accounts Receivables, Payables, Inventory and other key indicators
15. Perform ad hoc financial analysis as demanded by management and take initiative to provide financial guidance and recommendations to management, showing strong cross-functional leadership
16. Prepare annual budget as well as monthly financial forecast, and monitor company overall performance against the approved budget for 9 Kings SH and HK office.
17. Enhance the company's accounting and financial policies, methods and processes, control procedures, and ensure they are all operating effectively.
18. Support activities related to internal & external audits.
Requirements
- At least Bachelor Degree majored in finance or accounting. CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge in supply chain and trading with experience in import and export of US retail merchandise and manufacturing.
- 12+ years of working experience in both trading and garment manufacturing is preferred, including general accounting and costing management. 5-8 years supervisory experience.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage their work through hands-on involvement in the business, mentoring & motivating them.
- Enterprise set-up experience is a plus.
- Experience with ERP implementation is a plus.
- Experience of working in a fast growing and dynamic environment is an advantage.
- Drive initiative and motivates self and others.
- Possess a high self-accountability and integrity.
