职位描述:
1. 熟悉安装工程管理程序及相关政策
2. 负责甲方现场的工程质量、进度、安全，及时处理现场安装工程突发事件
3. 审核施工单位月度报表中安装工程完成情况
4. 对施工单位测量放线进行复核，定期对建筑物进行测量检查
5. 对施工组织设计与各项安装专项施工方案审查，确保施工单位按图纸进行施工
6. 参与安装工程管理，包括工程招投标、现场签证审核，工程例会等，
7. 参与安装专业工程、及工程竣工验收，并签写相关资料
职位要求:

职位描述:1）35-45岁，专科及以上学历，建筑工程相关专业； 2）具备8年以上项目总管理经验，精通施工现场整套工序流程。良好的沟通能力，可独立管理整个项目（会项目预概算者优先）； 3）熟悉现场施工技术及工艺，具备较强的工程进度控制、工程质量控制、材料管理、成本控制等能力，能迅速处理各阶段各环节突发事件； 4）熟悉相关政策法规，具有统一协调设计单位、监理单位、总包及供应商经验；在招投标管理、装修管理及施工管理方面有丰富的从业经验（具备工业安装项目或商业精装修项目管理经验优先）。一经录用，待遇从优。公司将根据国家和地方有关规定为员工缴纳社会保险
