职位描述:
1. Ensure contract section plan is set based on departmental goal;
确保合同部分计划设置基于部门的目标;
2. Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring contract section performance;
建立和维持适当的系统来衡量合同部分的性能;
3. Establish a realistic& practical operation manual for contract section operating;
建立一个realistic&实用操作手册对合同部分操作;
4. Provide leadership for contract section;
领导合同部分;
5. Develop, train and motivate contract employees;
开发、培训和激励合同的员工;
6. Be responsible for management reporting to OD within agreed format and timescale;
负责管理报告格式和时间尺度内OD同意;
7. Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to provide necessary support& assistance to them from contract.
与其他功能/ departme保持联络
8. Check all contract document, agreement, payment certificate, variation order before they are sent out;
检查所有合同文件,协议,支付证书、变更单之前送出;
9. Check cost estimate for bidding project before it’s sent out.
检查成本估计为招标项目在发送出去。
10. Carry out task assigned by superior.
执行上级交办的任务。

2. Qualifications: Possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering or MBA.
资历:具有本科学历,工程或MBA。
3. Must be bilingual (Chinese and English) in writing or speaking

4. Good planning and problem solving skill.
良好的规划和解决问题的技能。
5. Prefer to have strong sense in figures.
喜欢有强烈的感觉在数字。
6. Must be able to prepare report and good in paper works.

7. Must familiar with Word, Excel, Project and AutoCAD
必须熟悉Word、Excel、项目和AutoCAD
8. Working Experience more than 15 yrs in construction industry. Working Experience in relevant position at least 8 years .
工作经验超过15年在建筑行业。相关职位工作经验至少8年。
9. Team work, good working attitude, able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime if required.
团队合作,良好的工作态度,能够在压力下工作,愿意加班如果需要。
