Bakery and Coffee Shop Manager


Responsibilities:

? Lead and manage all shop-opening activities, incl. design, decoration, procurement of machinery & equipment, etc.
? Setup stable and efficient daily work-flows and product logistics incl. shop ordering, storage management, product allocation/disposition, shipping/delivery, cleaning, etc.
? Hire and train a qualified shop team delivering a extra-ordinary customer experience.
? Manage shop team and all shop activities including ordering, sales, reporting, marketing, etc.
? Run daily shop operations, supervising staff, ensuring quality and meeting sales targets.


Qualifications and requisites:

? Minimum of 3 years experience in the bakery and/or coffee shop industry in China, ideally having built-up and managed a professional shop team.
? In-depth knowledge of the Shanghai consumer market, in particular bakery & coffee shop.
? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
? Excellent communication and organizational skills.
? Reliable and trustworthy personality.
? Good English is a plus (but not required).
